Bug Description
latest kernel, feisty up to date
nvidia-glx-new drivers + compiz
Most of the times window decorations are OK. soemtimes on maximized windows, the decoration gets "obscured" by "white shadows" when moving the mouse or so.
It usually gets back to normla if switching to other destops and back or if changing the focus of the window.

Sorry now i have the latest Hardy alpha. I had the same bug under feisty.
