Bug Description
If full screen mode is selected in many applications (Firefox, f-spot) then
I have black screen, or screen is refreshing so slow 1sec, or blinking screen (black) (250ms)

I can confirm this bug, it also happened to me. To reproduce it (when using Compiz and Firefox), go to the full screen mode in Firefox (F11) and start editing the web address.
