Bug Description

Yesterday I installed (clean) Ubuntu 16.04.4 on a computer. Later I realized there was something wrong with the alt-tab switcher: There were two alt-tab overlays, so I installed compizconfig-settings-manager and found 'Application Switcher' plugin was also enabled. I disabled that and everything is fine now.

I have attached a screenshot.
