Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

The attached patch implements metacity like raising/lowering of windows by clicking on the window decorations with the left or right mouse buttons for gtk-window-decorator.
This behavior was already implemented for the titlebar but not for the decorations on the left, right, and bottom.

With this patch applied gtk-window-decorator almost acts identical to metacity. Raising/lowering via window decorations is a very welcome feature for users who don't use click-to-raise and auto-raise.

Note that the last two hunks of the patch fix two unrelated copy-paste errors.

What version does this fix appear in? I'm using 0.9.7.12 and I'm not getting any raise/lower functionality.
