Bug Description

I have to use two keyboard loyout - English and Cyrillic.
Often the screen locks in Cyrillic mode. After one of the recend updates
I noticed that changing keyboard layout by pressing apropriate key doesn't work.
Instead the screen splashes ( revealing screen content, which I believe is a security issue)
and keyboard not switched. To enter password I have to switch keyboard with a mouse.
After such attempts when I finally log in, I a often find a compiz crash notice.
