Bug Description

16.04 RTS fully updated. Did not happen in 14.04 RTS. See below for a video.

Not having consistent and predictable window placement is very annoying.

Please:

1. Edit the description, so it briefly explains what happens in the video. Some people, as me, have a limited Internet connection, and we are not always capable of watching videos. Although they could be very useful.

2. Set status to "confirmed".
