Bug Description

Upgraded from Fiesty to Gutsy, gnome-panel starts invisible, until I rightclikc where the panel should be, then it appears.

ii gnome-panel 1:2.20.0.1-0ubuntu4 launcher and docking facility for GNOME 2

same thing here since gutsy beta, not before, when desktop-effects are turned on. Bottom panel is missing and is only showing up when I click on the desktop.

Yes I am using compiz-fusion effects.
