Bug Description
When minimize a window and open again a white flickering line shows up.

True for 14.04 32 bit and 15.04 64 bit.

Hallo,
I can reproduce it mostly of the times I tried in double upper bar (eg: nautilus, gedit...) and not in single (eg. FireFox , LibreOffice) when windowed.
