Mysql Workbench repeated menu options when using "locally integrated menus"

When using locally integrated menus, Mysql workbench becomes a menu-nightmare of titanic proportions.

There seems to be two sets of menues being repeated. The options are not the same on the first "file" menu as on the second.

It's just better to look at the screenshot attached, actually.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Some extra information. When you start the application, only the main menu is shown as it should. It's when you open a document within the app that extra menues are added (as you can see on the previous screenshot, there are two distinct menu groupings with different elements).

Still the case on 15.04 as of today - I'm fully up to date.
