Change default ModelDialog opening animation from Glide1 to Glide2

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

The glide1 animation causes me headache and makes the dialog appear out of nowhere. The glide2 animation looks much more natural and makes the dialog popup from where it originates.

Since this concerns defaults, it would be best to discuss it in the ubuntu-desktop mailing list. There's an ongoing discussion in the forums as well at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=670388; perhaps it's a good idea to post to ubuntu-desktop once a set of changes is agreed upon in that thread.

ModalDialog now uses the Fade animation.
