Unity freeze when trying to maximize window

Drag the window toward to the top panel and release quickly (like throw the window to top panel). It's shows maximize overlay and freeze system immediately. Only UI freeze, I can still access text mode terminal (CTL+ALT+F1). I have attached a screenshot. When i did the same things slowly then it's behave normally.
