Bug Description

When I use Unity, every time I move a window from one workspace to another using the keyboard bindings (SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+ arrow keys), the transition animation shows tiny vertical and horizontal lines and the window shakes a little bit, i.e., the transition is not smooth and doesn't look good.

I'm using the stock Unity Packages in Ubuntu 13.10.

To reproduce:
* Load an application
* Change that application window from one workspace to another using the keyboard bindings (SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+ arrow keys)
* You should see the lack of smoothness in the transition animation.
