Bug Description

So far I've only found one, hoping to find more (or maybe too bad for that app??

Test case:
install mpv
Open a video in mpv that has a resolution smaller than your display size, for example a 1280x720 on a 1920x1080 display
The video will be pillar-boxed, around deco size (28px

Caused by the change in this rev. to src/window.cpp
