Bug Description

Every time a window opens, it gets scaled down a bit. This started to happen with compiz-1:0.9.11+14.04.20140303-0ubuntu1, which according to the changelog it has some window resize tweaks. Reverting to 0.9.11+14.04.20140218-0ubuntu1 fixes the issue.
