NO fluent window resizing by default in Compiz

Bug Description

Hi,

I have noticed that on the regular Ubuntu versions 13.04, 13.10 and the coming 14.04 LTS there is a problem with resizing windows:

In fact, if you resize, for example, a Firefox window the window's content is not resized at the same time as you move the window borders. This is astonishing as this works perfectly with Ubuntu Gnome and is a major handicap if you want to program Responsive Web Design where you have to discover the design "break points". With Ubuntu it is not possible to do this work. :-(

Hope you can solve this problem.

You are doing a wonderful job ! If you are solving this problem Ubuntu will become my preferred OS even before MAC OS X!

This isn't really a bug because it is possible to see the contents of windows while resizing. It's just not enabled by default and you need to install Compiz Config Settings Manager to enabled it:
