Smart windows placement issue places windows behind the upper task bar

Each time the windows manager attempts to place smart a window, it is placing the window too high.

For example 5 % of Skype's window is covered by the upper task bar. They contain the menu bar and the close button for Skype. Now that this is covered, I am unable to move nor close Skype. IMO this puts users off and makes usability worse than without the window manager.

It is getting on my nerves and hope you can supply a patch real very soon.

Exact steps to reproduce this bug:

1. Open Firefox on Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS (idk about other Ubuntu versions).
2. Drag the menu bar (without clicking the menus) to the right to tile Firefox to the right.
3. Press the Maximise (square) button in the top-left.

A current workaround is to use Super + Ctrl + Up to re-maximise the window.

Thanks but I do not want to hit Super + Ctrl + Up each time. Any chance one of you could bug-fix this?
