Bug Description
I have observed this with Ubuntu 12.04, compiz 1:0.9.7.
If I have several windows visible and then start minimizing some of them, sometimes one of the still visible windows will become transparent (ie, the title bar of the window is drawn correctly, but the contents show what is behind the window). Clicking on the transparent window (title bar or inside the window itself) causes it to be drawn correctly. This doesn't happen every time, but if I have about 5-6 terminal windows visible and then start minimizing them, the weird behavior will often happen to one of the terminal windows.
In a slightly different variation, sometimes the misbehaving window will shift its position down by about a title bar's height of pixels.
This generally seems to happen if compiz has been running for a while, like at least a week or so.
