lost all icons on desktop made new folder allows me to access files and network but no emails and no shutdown icons no side bar or top bar will reload did the update to 13.04 very good playing around with graphic driver when rebooted all this started will download new version and reinstall operating system made a new doc folder and found that it allowed access to files and folders and networks that's all thank you yours J Rose

sorry about that as being new to Ubuntu have now gone to 13.04 and no problems with it will learn about the bug report with a little more knowledge but will learn thank you all yours
