Firefox's window stays modal and can't be resized

Bug Description
After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.04 the Firefox window is modal and cannot be resized. It can only be moved with Alt-left mouse key. I also experience sound problems.

Please don't mix multiple issues in the same bug report.
The issue with resizing is likely to be an issue with your window manager or shell. I've no idea about the sound problems. You should report a separate bug for that, and be more specific in describing the problem
