Bug Description

After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.04 the Firefox window is modal and cannot be resized. It can only be moved with Alt-left mouse key. I also experience sound problems.

Please don't mix multiple issues in the same bug report.

The issue with resizing is likely to be an issue with your window manager or shell. I've no idea about the sound problems. You should report a separate bug for that, and be more specific in describing the problem

This bug could be an issue in Compiz but I do not have enough knowledge to verify it.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Ubuntu 13.04 (raring) reached end-of-life on January 27, 2014.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported in a currently supported version of Ubuntu?

Please let us know if you do otherwise this bug report will expire in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.
