Some applications do not snapp off correctly (wrong cursor position) from maximized state

Bug Description

The following problems only occur with unity-shell plugin enabled:

If you snap off some applications from maximized state the cursor gets positioned wrong. This is always reproduceable with Libreoffice.
If Qtcreator is in maximized state when launched the same problems shows as for libreoffice (cursor wrong, gets placed inside the windows instead of the titlebar).
Some other applications such as nautilus always position the cursor as desired.
