alt-tab does not respect remapping

Bug Description
I use the attached xmodmap file to remap my Truly Ergonomic 209 keyboard. Everything compiz/unity keyboard shortcut I've tried so far works fine with the remapped keys. However, alt-tab remains bound to the old mapping rather than the new one.
