Bug Description

Hallo
Not sure about the package, but apport detect it with ubuntu-bug -w on the passphrase window.
See attached screenshot

TESTCASE

-start a live session in a system with a lvm encrypted
-open the lvm encrypted volume
-passphrase request appear
-insert a wrong passphrase
Expected that the error is detected and another chance to insert is done
Actual: passphrase request window close itself.
