Bug Description

Just upgraded to 12.10 from 12.04 (64 bit) and noticed that the venerable Wallpaper plugin seems to be missing from CCSM. This plugin is important to me because it allows me to give each viewport/workspace a different wallpaper so that can be easily identified.
