Unable to move windows to a different workspace after snapping

On an up-to-date quantal, after snapping a window using the keypad (alt+ctrl+3), I am unable to right-click on the window and select move to a different workspace. This happens no matter which window or workspace I perform the action upon.

On an up-to-date precise, the window will move to the seperate workspace, but will still show the window and suffers from refresh issues. See the attached videos for examples of how this works on quantal and precise.
