Restored window showed white after Scale effect

up-to-date Ubuntu 12.04 64bits, 3.2.0-26-generic, with nvidia restrictive drivers (post-release version)

compiz 1:0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1

Steps to reproduce
1) Open any window, a Terminal or nautilus will do
2) Minimize the window
3) Activate Scale effect (Super/Win Key + w in Unity)
4) Deactivate the effect (Esc or super+w again)
5) Restore the minimized window (click its icon or alt+tab)

Expected:
the window shows normally, i.e. with all its contents

What Happened instead:
The window shows only with its border and titlebar, but a clean white surface. No other content.

I think it is a regression, this has happen before and corrected if I remember correctly. Couldn't find other report of this bug.
