the thunderbird menus dissaper when i move over with the mouse

Sometimes, but with increasly frequence, the menu (contextual and not) of thunderbird dissaper where i move over with the mouse. For example if i try to click with the right button in a folder appears the contextual menu, but when i try to move over with the mouse it vanishes. Same in I click for example to "File" or "Edit". If I restart thunderbird it's ok, but then the bug appears again.

ok maybe it's a duplicate, and in the bug 872207 you've written it's
solved in unity. But in my Ubuntu 10.04 LTS the problem persists.
Unfortunately its frequency has been increasing.

Have you got any suggest?

I think is wrong because in bug 872207 the problem occurs when is running in Unity, but I play ubuntu 10.04 LTS e i think it doesn't run Unity.
