black menu text in panel when menu is hidden and panel opacity is 0.0

Black text is visible in the panel after a menu was displayed and then hidden (due to loss of focus). The text will eventually go way if the menu is not redrawn. This is only visible when the panel opacity is set to 0.0000 via CompizConfigSettingsManager. This is under the experimental tab. The menu resize controls will also appear as black circles after a menu is made full-screen then restored.
