I cant open VMware 8 after version 12 of Ubuntu

Bug Description
After I update my Ubuntu Os to the 12.04 LTS,
The VMware version 8 it's not open any more.
It gives me a message like
Before you can run VMware, several modules must be compiled
and loaded into the running kernel
Gives me two options
Intall and Cancel
After a click on Install option, it gives me a bug like:
Unable to build kernel module.
See log file /tmp/vmware-
I am new in linux OS, I need your help.
