Bug Description

Since installing Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin on my machine (same hardware used for former 10.04), after login I am missing complete compiz functionality sometimes (e.g. desktop wall).

Pressing ALT+F2 and running "compiz --replace" fixes the issue (done so right before reporting this bug).

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it - my belly feeling tells me it could be a timing issue during boot/login.

I hope you can see something from the logs.
