Bug Description

I run Ubuntu 12.04 and use Gnome-Classic with the Unity plugin disabled. I run a fully updated system. When switching between windows by clicking on it with the mouse cursor, the window that is being switched to blanks to white. This does *not* happen when using for example Compiz' Shift Switcher or Scale plugin to switch between windows. This also does not happen when using metacity instead of compiz (which is why I filed this bug for the compiz package).

However, this issue does not occur when using the regular Ubuntu Unity interface (selecting "Ubuntu" at the login screen). But Unity also uses Compiz, so I'm not sure whether this is purely a Compiz bug.

I've attached a video demonstrating the problem.
