Ctrl Alt KP4 and KP6 do not move active window to half screen left and right respectively

Bug Description

Ctrl Alt KP4 should move window to fill left half of screen, Ctrl Alt KP6 should cause window to fill right half of screen. This does not occur. Alt other Ctrl Alt KP combinations do function correctly.
