Bug Description
After upgrade kernel 6.8.0-56 to 6.8.0-60, USB network interfaces (usbX) are being renamed to Ethernet interfaces (ethX). This change has disrupted network configurations, resulting in nodes being unable to establish successful ping connections.
Issue Origin: The regression is introduced by the mainline commit [8a7d12d674ac6f
