Bug Description
>ran update-manager -d to upgrade from 15.10 -> 16.04
Could not install '/var/cache/
The upgrade will continue but the '/var/cache/
pre-dependency problem - not installing systemd-sysv

The upgrade has completed but there were errors during the upgrade process

Going to reboot now and see what happens.
Rebooted fine into 16.04
