Bug Description
Binary package hint: community-themes
With the Sorbet theme the "check" in front of menu items is not visible (it merges with the background). Only when I hover over the menu item I can see if it got checked or not (e.g. "Lock To Panel" from the context menu of an applet). It is a little better with the Homosapiens theme, but still to less contrast (using a white check in a light theme doesn't work well).

Just in case anybody doesn't know how to fix this: System -> Appearance -> Customise -> Selected Items (Text). Set it to something like "#684E44" in "Colour name". themes/ Homosapien/ gtk-2.0/ gtkrc: change "selected_ fg_color: #FFF" to "selected_ fg_color: #684E44" .
To make this more permanent (until the package is updated), change /usr/share/
Hopefully this can be fixed in the package.
