Please sync commons-pool 1.5.4-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian package has been dropped Build-Depends on classpath-doc, so we don't have a problem = no Ubuntu delta necessary.

  * Remove Arnaud Vandyck from Uploaders
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.4 (no changes needed)
