Bug Description
jcsv introduced a new feature since 1.0.11 which changes the current working directory on startup (defaults to /).
This change is missing from the manual page and should be added.
A number of applications relied on the previous versions simply executing from the local directory. A simple -cwd `pwd` may solve the issue on startup.
