Bug Description

command-not-found prints out errors when invoked by a non-admin group
user on a system that has private ppas, e.g.:

| testuser@ornery:~$ DMESG
| could not open file '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/private-ppa.launchpad.net_commercial-ppa-uploaders_world-of-goo_ubuntu.list'
| could not open file '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/private-ppa.launchpad.net_commercial-ppa-uploaders_braid_ubuntu.list'
| could not open file '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/private-ppa.launchpad.net_commercial-ppa-uploaders_darwinia_ubuntu.list'
| DMESG: command not found
| testuser@ornery:~$
