Bug Description
Binary package hint: command-not-found
it would be nice if sudoing an uninstalled program's command led to command-not-found being called. perhaps this is a sudo bug.

I think it's a sudo issue (it's not a bug, it's just a missing feature). I think it can be patched in pretty easily. I'll look into it.
