Bug Description

I found a package in the software and updated it had a problem updating then I saw the bug showing the problem comes from the /etc/bin/python3.10 file and I just removed the file and then even couldn't open the terminal and all software & update programs. by replacing the file from another machine I could solve the terminal problem but the software and update can not open yet and experiencing an error on the other hand I think I missed the dpkg folder on /bin.
