colord migration blocked by impossible depends on argyll

Bug Description
colord recently re-enabled argyll support. Unfortunately since argyll is in universe and colord is in main, this is causing an 'impossible depends' migration error for colord.

There is a MIR for argyll (LP: #821883) which could be a solution for this issue.
I'm not sure Argyll is going to be MIR-able; could we instead demote colord- sensor- argyll to universe?
