Bug Description
Please sync collectd 5.11.0-2 (universe) from Debian sid (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild for libxen* 4.11
* No-change rebuild to build with python3.8.
* No change rebuild against DPDK 19.11
* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #1855994). Remaining changes:
- debian/rules: Work around FTBFS with glibc 2.30 with -Wno-cpp
- debian/rules: Work around FTBFS with gcc9 -Wno-error=
on ppc64
All these changes are already available in the Debian package.
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
The Debian version removes some useless dependencies that are no longer needed and that pulled in a lot of unwanted packages.
Also there are some fixes and improvemets, from both the new release and the packaging.
Backported for testing in my PPA:
https:/
Thanks.

Thanks for the report, indeed a nice set of fixes and cleanups for the LTS to have.
And indeed you have all my FTFBS fixes in Debian nowadays and the PPA seems to build fine.
Lets see what the release team says.
I'll subscribe myself to help sponsoring and help migration of the sync in case the release team approves.
