When using overlay scrollbars, Code::Blocks displays ghost scrollbars when scrolling

It is difficult to explain the problem in words, so a video is attached. There was no problem before the update of overlay-scrollbar to 0.1.9 (when this programs didn't use overlay scrollbars). Originally I posted this as a bug of overlay-scrollbar (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/overlay-scrollbar/+bug/768730), but I was told it was a codeblocks specific problem.

Hi, a new codeblocks version is available, could you please try to reproduce your issue with this newer version?
The new version 12.11-2 is available in my ppa
https://code.launchpad.net/~costamagnagianfranco/+archive/costamagnagianfranco-ppa
The new version is already in raring, I backported it for quantal and precise too

In case the bug still persists, please set the status back to "new"
