No icon when installing from Ubuntu Software

Bug Description
When installing Code Blocks IDE from Ubuntu Software, no icon is present on desktop. It happens because Ubuntu Software installs codeblocks-common, not a package with desktop file in it.
1) The release of Ubuntu you are using: Ubuntu 22.04.2
2) The version of the package you are using: 20.03-3.1
3) What you expected to happen: icon appears after installation
4) What happened instead: no icon appears
