Bug Description
I'm trying for several days to get everything working with Code::Blocks, but I always fail and e I don't know why. I always get errors about dependencies which aren't present in the repositories.

Title: package codeblocks-dev 20.03-3 failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/include/
UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
Using packages meant for debian won't work I suppose. Unfortuantely the packages for 20.04 failed to build on launchpad, so I have to find the time what have changed there. :( Until then building packages from source is probably the only option.
