Apply some patches to codeblocks to make it crash less often

Hello, I'm one of the developers of codeblocks.

I've pushed some fixes to the release-16.xx patch that affect distributions building codeblocks against wx3.x.
The revisions in question are 11140 to 11144

These fix two common problems, which are pretty bad:

I'll be happy if you can apply them to the 16.01 packages.

Debian maintainer here, thanks for providing patches for wx3.x compatibility! I'll apply those patches to the codeblocks package in my next upload.

Incidentally, do you have patches to fix build failures with gcc 7 / does svn trunk build with gcc 7? https://bugs.debian.org/853349

Yes, we have see rev 11006 in trunk and rev 11145 in the release branch.
