CodeBlocks crashes with SIGSEGV in DebuggerMenuHandler::RebuildMenus

Steps to reproduce:
1. $rm -r .codeblocks # delete settings to not interfere.
2. $codeblocks # start codeblocks
3. Click "Ok" in the "Compilers auto detection" screen
