"cobbler check" should be cleared about not needing network boot drivers

Bug Description
Running "cobbler check" generates the following:
1 : some network boot-loaders are missing from /var/lib/
It could be clearer that Ubuntu has syslinux installed, and these drivers aren't needed.
If you do download the drivers, they are fetched from:
http://
which seems like unnecessary reliance on infrastructure outside of Ubuntu
