1. install saucy
2. install cobbler + cobbler web
3. this error:

Setting up cobbler (2.4.0-0ubuntu3) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/cobbler.postinst: 24: /var/lib/dpkg/info/cobbler.postinst: htpasswd: not found
