Bug Description
Since freetype was updated to 2.5.1-1ubuntu1, cmake can't find it anymore:
-- Could NOT find Freetype (missing: FREETYPE_
(part of the kde-workspace build log which fails to build thanks to it)
thanks to ftheader.h changing locations.

This adds a patch which is based on the patches attached to the upstream report. It adds fallback support and changes the include dir detection to check in the current and old include directories so it doesn't break backports.
