libclutter-1.0-common is recommended by libclutter-1.0-0 but is empty.

Gnome-control-center supposedly requires cheese libraries that require libclutter-1.0-0 which requires libclutter-1.0-common. libclutter-1.0-common has nothing but copyright and changelog data that already exist in libclutter-1.0-0. This package due to being recommended is included on the default and minimal installations. It doesn't need to be recommended or even exist at all.
